HDPE GEOCELL is a flexible three-dimensional, honeycomb like structures made from high density polyethylene(HDPE) strips which are ultrasonically bonded together to form an extremely strong configuration. Geocell System can be filled with a wide range of material: aggregate, concrete, sand, soil, etc.
HDPE Geocells are efficient and economical for fast-built unpaved roadways and retaining walls, erosion control of slopes, and storm water control in channels.
HDPE Geocell Features
1. It is flexible and can be folded during transportation. It can be stretched into a mesh during construction and filled with loose materials such as soil, gravel, concrete, etc. to form a structure with strong lateral restrictions and high rigidity.
2. It is light, wear-resistant, chemically stable, resistant to light and oxygen aging, acid and alkali, and suitable for different soils and deserts.
3. It has high lateral restrictions and anti-slip, anti-deformation, and effectively enhances the bearing capacity of the roadbed and disperses the load.
4. Changing the geometric dimensions such as the height and welding distance of the geocell can meet different engineering needs.
5. It is flexible and has a small transportation volume; it is easy to connect and has a fast construction speed.
